Direct activities for a prosthetic fabrication facility including device manufacturing, materials management and all facilities related responsibilities for the operations. Coordinate the timely and cost effective delivery of fabricated devices. Ensure adherence to all safety and administrative policies and procedures.

This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work first hand in fabricating a variety of orthotics and prosthetic devices.  You will work closely with the Clinician and patients to help adjust and repair the devices by fabricating orthoses and their components.  This work environment will be away from the exam room, typically in a small workshop. Since this role is focusing heavily on the fabrication process, hand skills and familiarity with hand tools is necessary.  The ideal candidate will have experience with band saws, drill presses, vacuum systems, heat guns, blades, speed routers, and other small hand tools.

Here you will be working alongside CPOs, a Clinical Technician and office support staff, all working together to ensure successful patient care. Currently our patient population is across all ages. We service the greater Southern Wisconsin area and at this time, this position will encompass travel to surrounding hospitals and SNFs, within a radius of roughly 90 miles (Baraboo, Janesville, Reedsburg, Sauk Prairie, Monroe, Stoughton). The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the cultivation of new and existing referral sources.  These sources include physicians, institutions (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, etc.) and allied health professionals, who participate in the provision of prosthetic and orthotic products.  The primary function of this role is to manage and be accountable for achieving the forecasted sales and margin targets for the territory by developing and maintaining current business to business accounts and to consistently seek out and establish new business for the company.  This is classified as a regional remote role supporting the Boston and surrounding cities. Daily travel will be frequent.  

The Warehouse Team Lead is a hands-on production role as well as responsible for assigning work to team members, being a hands-on problem-solver in dealing with production or logistics issues, training new hires and associates on procedures and best practices, and ensuring company standard operating procedures (S.O.P.s) are followed. The Team Lead will support the warehouse leadership team in completing assigned daily operational activities and meeting company objectives for quality, production, and inventory integrity.
