The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the cultivation of new and existing referral sources.  These sources include physicians, institutions (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, etc.) and allied health professionals, who participate in the provision of prosthetic and orthotic products.  The primary function of this role is to manage and be accountable for achieving the forecasted sales and margin targets for the territory by developing and maintaining current business to business accounts and to consistently seek out and establish new business for the company. Territory: Cincinatti, Anderson, Fairfield & Dayton Ohio and Crestview KY 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the front office activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in an administrative role with strong computer proficiency, and customer service. Fillauer TRS is seeking an entry level employee to fill our Urethane Lab Assistant opening. This full-time employee will focus on hand casting polyurethane and will also be involved in all parts of the manufacturing process. The Merger & Acquisitions Analyst III - Hybrid Remote (home/office) will be responsible for various functions related to the acquisition process including task management, analysis of financial statements and related financial data, and support of other members of the Mergers & Acquisitions Team.

This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work first hand in fabricating a variety of orthotics and prosthetic devices.  You will work closely with the Clinician and patients to help adjust and repair the devices by fabricating orthoses and their components.  This work environment will be away from the exam room, typically in a small workshop. Since this role is focusing heavily on the fabrication process, hand skills and familiarity with hand tools is necessary.  The ideal candidate will have experience with band saws, drill presses, vacuum systems, heat guns, blades, speed routers, and other small hand tools.

We are seeking a Staff Accountant - Remote who demonstrates knowledge and experience in accounting, uses independence and judgement to recognize and resolve problems.  This candidate should be very detail oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to demonstrate full ownership of their work. Employs routine processes and procedures related to work, but is often called upon to respond to non-routine situations. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works with general supervision. This role will primarily work from home but candidates must be local to the Reno metro to handle routine tasks that require weekly office visits.

ACP Clinical Program Consultant Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) is responsible for overall program management and integration of biophysical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologies by assisting their clients in identification of clinical and program opportunities, providing consultations related to enhancing patient treatment outcomes, and adding operational efficiencies.  The clinical program consultant is responsible for managing ACP programs and technology integrations as the clinical expert within an assigned territory.   The Territory for this position wil include the following areas: AREASWashington, Idaho, Oregon, California
