The Operational Insights Specialist supports the Command Center by monitoring operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve patient access, scheduling efficiency, and supporting enterprise performance initiatives. This role partners with operational leadership to review and monitor key performance indicators, identify operational risks, and support optimization efforts that improve patient flow, reduce patient waiting time, and increase clinical capacity utilization. Orthotic fitters provide independent patient care through the provision and adjustment of off the shelf and pre-fabricated orthoses, as defined by the ABC Scope of Practice. The certified fitter can be privileged to work under indirect supervision** of a certified orthotist on projects of moderate complexity or of a custom nature. They monitor the patients over time and make any necessary changes to the devices to keep them in good condition.
