Hanger Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Front-End Revenue Cycle to oversee and optimize key functions including new patient scheduling, benefits and authorization, document management, financial counseling, and billing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of revenue cycle management, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. 

Provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the “front office” activities. The O & P Fabrication Specialist helps to build and customize medical products for our patients, (orthotics and prosthetics), to provide maximum fit, function, cosmetics and workmanship. The Patient Financial Counselor - Remote will educate and assist patients with making informed decisions about payment options and financial arrangements regarding their healthcare services. Determine and verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for financial assistance programs.
