The Quality Assurance Engineer has the responsibilities to coordinate and perform quality assurance and product development activities according to medical device regulations of 21 CFR 820 and/or ISO 13485:2016, Medical Device Directive (MDD), ISO 13485, and ISO 14971. QA Engineer will be responsible for managing incoming inspection and product release activities. This includes ensuring incoming and final release products meet specifications and QA requirements. The duties will also include document control management, management of CAPA activities, product review investigations. QA Engineer will work with Product Development to ensure that design control process is followed for new and existing product lines.

The Associate 3D CAD Technician utilizes proprietary CAD software to align and modify digital patient scans for the fabrication of custom orthotic and prosthetic devices. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to company design protocols and quality standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Associate technicians work onsite to allow for training, supervision, and team collaboration, contributing to the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.

Director of Fabrication-High Complexity is responsible for leading and building the fabrication teams at sites which have 5 or more product lines. In addition, this position will be responsible for the strategy and production of complex orthotic devices across the network, irrespective of location or site demographic. Director is responsible for the financial performance of operations including the management of labor, materials and overhead. Position includes directing supervisory teams with daily operations to provide high quality class I and II devices to the O&P market and fostering customer relationships. The Priority Claims Specialist III - Remote will ensure payment for services provided is accurate, timely and fully documented. Provide efficient cash collection through excellent reimbursement practices while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and established Hanger policies and compliance programs. Provides strict adherence to adjustment, refund and write-off policies/procedures as outlined in Hanger Clinic Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain exceptional support and communication with all partners, internal and external. This is a high-dollar medical collections role operating within a Centralized Revenue Cycle Team.
