The Regional Director of Finance provides financial support to Region leadership.  Responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost/profit improvement initiatives, management reporting and controls, and compliance with company policies and procedures.  This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Corporate HQ office in Austin's Domain.

The CCO Specialist ensures collections for services provided is accurate, timely and fully documented, from a Centralized Collections Office. Provide efficient cash collection through excellent reimbursement practices while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and established Hanger policies and compliance programs. Provide strict adherence to adjustment, refund and write-off policies/procedures as outlined in Hanger Clinics Standard Operating Procedures.

Position Overview: To serve as a quality analyst/technician and assist with maintaining Quality Management System and improvement initiatives across O&P fabrication sites.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): - Responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System to meet pertinent quality standards.- Design and/or assist with QC inspection of devices.- Assist site and network efforts to improve products, processes related to quality, compliance and/or productivity.- Ability to create and process CAPAs and Nonconformance investigations in a team environment.- Assist with customer complaint management.- Assist/create programs, processes, and work instructions in a team environment.- Conduct Quality-related training.- Assist/lead internal audits processes within internal functional areas and/or vendors as required.- Maintains and further enhances a positive, engaged, accountable organizational climate. - Actively engage with other internal functional areas to address quality improvement initiatives   Job Complexity: Works on problems of limited scope. Hybrid Role: Monday & Friday work from home - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office The Procurement Specialist I delivers technical and administrative support focusing on supply chain and procurement department activities.  One of the primary functions of this role is to process “Write In” requests for Hanger Direct vendors which entails collaboration with suppliers and clinics.  Additionally, you will support efforts to analyze and optimize suppliers and products through the different systems and partnerships.  The role contributes to efficiencies, enhancements, audit compliance, and interdepartmental communication and support.  Collaboration with-in cross functional teams is essential to the position. The Community Care Coordinator (CCC) provides superior patient support and customer service via proactive intervention, communication, and patient advocacy as well as providing emotional and educational support to patients and families coping with limb loss and/or a variety of orthotic and prosthetic needs. The CCC will work under the general direction of the ACM / CM or his/her designee, utilizing communication and management skills to coordinate seamless care delivery for patients with amputations / limb difference.  The CCC should be equipped with a thorough understanding of prosthetics, orthotics, and the medical/healthcare field.  The CCC provides patient consultation, comfort, and guidance through the spectrum of initial patient referral and interaction, surgery, recovery, treatment and rehab. The CCC will provide the highest level of customer/client service to prosthetic and orthotic patients, referral sources, and colleagues through the coordination and administration of prosthetic and orthotic patient care. Through interacting with healthcare providers in the community, the CCC will also be responsible for building relationships and fostering new opportunities to serve more patients.  Working closely with Hanger personnel and office staff, this position holds responsibility for the day to day management of, and communication with patients, care team members and referral partners to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
