The Operational Excellence Manager is part of Hanger’s Supply Chain operations.The role, reporting to the Director of Quality Systems, is responsible for developing and overseeing Hanger Supply Chain and Customer Operations Continuous Improvement Program using Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the “front office” activities.
