Assembly and testing of electronic and mechanical assemblies spanning the entire range of Fillauer’s product line, from battery construction and injection molding to cable wiring and printed circuit board assembly. Testing includes the use of DVMs to test lower level assemblies. The position is responsible for the quality of work, cosmetic appearance, and functional acceptability of the assemblies produced.

In this role, you will assist with obtaining pre-authorizations and processing referrals for the Charlotte area clinics. Previous experience with authorizations in a clinic setting is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience working with insurance companies and completing prior authorization processes. This role will be in a clinic setting, but usually in the back office setting.

The O & P Fabrication Specialist fabricates orthoses and prostheses to provide maximum fit, function, cosmetics and workmanship. The Fabrication Specialist is expected to keep abreast of all new fabricating techniques and must be familiar with the properties of pertinent materials and must be skilled in the use of appropriate equipment.
Provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the “front office” activities. Accurately obtain all patient information, insurance information, verification and pre-authorization information while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and established Company policies and compliance programs. Maintain excellent customer service relationships with patients and referral sources.
