In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist patients with medical braces, prosthetic limbs, arch supports, and other orthotic devices. This is a physical, patient-facing role and knowledge of kinesiology. The ideal candidate will have a background in physical therapy, kinesiology, casting tech work, orthopedics, or retail shoe sales. Paid Training is provided.
Under direct supervision of a certified clinician, assist certified and/or licensed practitioners in their provision of patient care services and perform other assigned tasks. The Clinical Assistant will work under the general direction of the ACM/CM or his/her designee.

We are seeking an HR Business Partner - Hybrid Remote (one day per week work from home.) Working onsite at our Phoenix, AZ location. This role will also provide remote support to two (2) smaller locations in California as well as occasional support for other locations as needed). This position will report to the Human Resources Business Leader who supports the broader Hanger Fabrication Network consisting of multiple locations / states.The HR Business Partner will provide direct, hands-on support to managers to implement programs and initiatives that drive overall business success. Demonstrated knowledge of the business will be valued by internal stakeholders and HR colleagues helping to identify solutions to build culture and deliver results that drive overall business success.Day to day, this position will provide hands-on support for 130+ employees located in fabrication/manufacturing as well as support functions within the Phoenix, AZ facility. This role will also support the California-based fabrication centers (remotely).The HRBP will lead and/or provide support in the following functional areas such as: HR administration (recruitment, compensation, exit interviews, etc.), compliance, on-boarding activities, retention, employee engagement, benefits, performance management, and recognition.This role is based in Phoenix, but could require occasional travel, partnering with senior line managers and HR leaders to support the execution of HR programs and initiatives within the network.

The Audit Services department functions as a service to Company management and the Board of Directors to examine and evaluate the activities of the Company and provide risk analyses, appraisals and recommendations concerning the activities reviewed. The Staff Auditor works within this department performing a variety of tasks in support of the audit function. Work involves conducting financial, operational and compliance audit projects and providing consulting services to the organization’s management and staff. The department maintains all organizational and professional ethical standards and works independently under general supervision with latitude for initiative and independent judgment. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Corporate HQ office in Austin's Domain. The team is in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week.

The O & P Fabrication Specialist helps to build and customize medical products for our patients, (orthotics and prosthetics), to provide maximum fit, function, cosmetics and workmanship. The Fabrication Specialist is expected to keep abreast of all new fabricating techniques and must be familiar with the properties of pertinent materials and must be skilled in the use of appropriate equipment. Individuals enter the field of O&P from a wide variety of educational and occupational backgrounds. Most enjoy working with their hands and using power tools found in many shops or manufacturing environments. They are resourceful, problem solvers with a gift for helping others. Many transition into this unique career field from manufacturing, the automotive industry, engineering, military service, the arts, and other service industries.
