The Clinical Aide provides direct support to certified clinicians in delivering orthotic and prosthetic patient care services. Under the supervision of a credentialed clinician, this role encompasses patient care preparation, technical fabrication and modification of devices, clinical documentation, and inventory management. The Clinical Aide is responsible for executing assigned treatment tasks with precision and attention to detail while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.Under direct supervision of a certified clinician, the Clinical Aide assists certified and/or licensed practitioners in the delivery of patient care services and performs assigned clinical and administrative tasks.

The Community Care Coordinator (CCC) provides superior patient support and customer service via proactive intervention, communication, and patient advocacy as well as providing emotional and educational support to patients and families coping with limb loss and/or a variety of orthotic and prosthetic needs. The CCC will work under the general direction of the ACM / CM or his/her designee, utilizing communication and management skills to coordinate seamless care delivery for patients with amputations / limb difference. This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work first hand in fabricating a variety of orthotics and prosthetic devices. You will work closely with the Clinician and patients to help adjust and repair the devices by fabricating orthoses and their components. This work environment will be away from the exam room, typically in a small workshop. Since this role is focusing heavily on the fabrication process, hand skills and familiarity with hand tools is necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience with band saws, drill presses, vacuum systems, heat guns, blades, speed routers, and other small hand tools.

The Associate Fabricator fabricates the orthoses and prostheses to provide maximum fit, function, cosmetics and workmanship. The Associate Fabricator will have on the job training as well as formal O&P Training i.e., LMS and other training provided by leadership.
