We are seeking aCollections Specialist III - Remote. As our Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our current customers with outstanding accounts and all other aspects of collections. Additionally, you will utilize your investigative skills to resolve any billing questions or issues. Position will be fully remote. Candidates must be available to work Monday - Friday day shift.
The Priority Claims Specialist III - Remote will ensure payment for services provided is accurate, timely and fully documented. Provide efficient cash collection through excellent reimbursement practices while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and established Hanger policies and compliance programs. Provides strict adherence to adjustment, refund and write-off policies/procedures as outlined in Hanger Clinic Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain exceptional support and communication with all partners, internal and external. This is a high-dollar medical collections role operating within a Centralized Revenue Cycle Team. This is a full time, remote opportunity. Schedule will be Monday - Friday, day shift.
Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS or desktop applications products. The Rehab Sales and Service Rep provides customer service and technical support to assigned customers through regular onsite calls. Responsibilities include maintaining cabinet stock levels, assisting in securing all required paperwork, making changes to cabinet set up, and addressing general customer service issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position and requires daily driving, up to 8 hours per day, with travel to multiple locations across the greater Austin, TX area and surrounding communities.
