To serve as a quality/compliance, regulatory affairs specialist and inspector for all aspects of the organization. This position is located in Reno, NV. 

Under direct supervision* of a certified clinician, assist certified and/or licensed practitioners in their provision of patient care services and perform other assigned tasks.  The Clinical Assistant will work under the general direction of the ACM/CM or his/her designee.

Come join our large and busy clinic in the center of the Salt Lake Valley, which has been in operation for 30 years/which is one of our newest Hanger Clinic locations. Here you will be working alongside CPO’s, Clinical Assistants, Fitters, C-Ped’s and Technicians.  We are a busy clinic across the street from one of the only 2 Level 1 Trauma centers in the region. Currently our patient population is across all ages but predominantly we work with adult and geriatric care.  We service the greater Salt Lake region as a specialized center of care. This position will encompass travel to nearby hospitals, SNFs, and Level 1 Trauma Center within a radius of roughly 15 miles. Here you will be working alongside two CPOs and a Clinical Assistant who is there to assist you with clinical support and servicing local hospitals. We are seeking a Patient Financial Counselor - Remote to educate and assist patients with making informed decisions about payment options and financial arrangements regarding their healthcare services. Determine and verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for financial assistance programs. Knowledgeable of all aspects of the financial process from scheduling, billing, and collections.
