Fillauer is hiring a full-time Fabrication Technician in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The technician provides technical support and expertise in the fabrication of custom orthotic and prosthetic devices. This role will focus heavily on plaster modifications.

Fillauer Motion Control, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to assemble and test mechanical assemblies used to produce a variety of upper extremity medical products such as electro-mechanical hands, wrist, elbows, and lower extremity, hydraulic feet. This position may also be responsible for the operation of a plastic injection molding machine.

The Associate Fabricator fabricates the orthoses and prostheses to provide maximum fit, function, cosmetics and workmanship. The Associate Fabricator will have on the job training as well as formal O&P Training i.e., LMS and other training provided by leadership. Through this training you will be expected to maintain tools, equipment, materials, and following work instructions per device in your work area.

We are seeking a Billing Specialist I - Remote - To provide a high level of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through performing specialized clerical and administrative technical work pertaining to the authorization and billing of clients. Typical responsibilities include, entering, reviewing and updating all billing, codes and account information, review and reconciles reports, ensure billing for all services provided is accurate, print bills to collect revenues; audit account accuracy and perform daily, weekly and month end close activities, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, including HIPAA requirements, regulations and established Hanger policies and procedures.

The technician fabricates the device to provide maximum fit, function, cosmetics and workmanship. The technician also repairs the prosthetic devices as needed.
