Orthotic fitters provide independent patient care through the provision and adjustment of off the shelf and pre-fabricated orthoses, as defined by the ABC Scope of Practice.  The certified fitter can be privileged to work under indirect supervision** of a certified orthotist on projects of moderate complexity or of a custom nature. They monitor the patients over time and make any necessary changes to the devices to keep them in good condition.

The Zone Sales Director (ZSD) leads a team of 6–12 field-based Business Development Managers (BDMs), driving growth through strategic partnerships with health systems, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs). This role is critical in positioning Hanger Clinic as a preferred provider of neuromuscular clinical care, including orthotics and prosthetics. The ZSD will execute consultative sales strategies, build strong relationships, and leverage Hanger Clinic’s value proposition to develop strategic alliances with key healthcare organizations, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial strategy and growth objectives. This role will support the following states: UT, CO, KS, OK, TX, NM and AZ.
