The Business Development Manager (BDM) - Remote in Pennsylvania is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the cultivation of new and existing referral sources. These sources include physicians, institutions (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, etc.) and allied health professionals, who participate in the provision of prosthetic and orthotic products. The primary function of this role is to manage and be accountable for achieving the forecasted sales and margin targets for the territory by developing and maintaining current business to business accounts and to consistently seek out and establish new business for the company. This is classified as a regional remote role supporting Philadelphia and Philadelphia suburbs.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will report to the Director of Finance, Distribution as part of the Finance Team supporting the Distribution business unit, which sells off-the-shelf and custom products to all external customers within Hanger. This position will “own” the management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning for the Distribution business unit. Orthotic fitters provide independent patient care through the provision and adjustment of off the shelf and pre-fabricated orthoses, as defined by the ABC Scope of Practice. The certified fitter can be privileged to work under indirect supervision** of a certified orthotist on projects of moderate complexity or of a custom nature. They monitor the patients over time and make any necessary changes to the devices to keep them in good condition.
