The RCM Supervisor (Outbound Referral Intake) - Remote position will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Consolidated Scheduling Team – Outbound. This team is responsible for outbound patient phone calls related to scheduling patient appointments when new referrals are received. This team serves as the first point of contact with Hanger Clinic patients.
The Supervisor, RCM Operations oversees a team responsible for territory-level authorizations for the consolidated team. They guide their team in reviewing patient information to ensure active insurance coverage and obtain necessary paperwork for pre-certification, pre-determination, and pre-authorization before delivering scheduled devices and services. Additionally, they handle benefits, triage, document management, and authorization tasks as needed. This role will be working with the West Coast.
The Patient Collections Specialist for the Centralized Collections Office (CCO) - Remote ensures collections in a call center environment for services provided is accurate, timely and fully documented, from a Centralized Collections Office.
