The Assembly Technician is a skilled, hands-on contributor to our manufacturing operations, responsible for assembling composite and prosthetic components with precision and attention to quality. You'll work collaboratively with internal team members, use problem-solving skills to address assembly challenges, and maintain a curious mindset about quality and process improvement. Your adaptability, precision work, and commitment to teamwork will be essential in a dynamic production environment where you'll integrate feedback from quality and engineering teams to continuously enhance our assembly processes.
Experience with composite manufacturing or orthotic/prosthetic device assembly
Familiarity with ERP or cloud-based production tracking systems
Experience using hand tools and precision measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Demonstrated success in continuous improvement or quality initiatives
Intellectual curiosity about manufacturing processes and how components integrate into final products
