Responsible for evaluating payor contracts and ensuring they are properly configured and maintained in the systems according to compliance with contract terms, SOX controls, and system requirements.

Your Impact

  • Oversees the management of contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners  
  • Reviews and approves documents for protection of the company's contractual posture and adherence to company policy  
  • Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions  
  • Provide regular reporting and communication to management on usage, systemic issues, trends  
  • Manage team responsible for data entry, configuration within systems and maintenance of all changes in terms and conditions of payor contracts  
  • Addresses issues and questions regarding contract terms and compliance; escalate and collaborate with provider network team as appropriate  

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience; BA/BS preferred  
  • 3+ years’ experience in healthcare contract administration/configuration  
  • Prior experience in supervisory role strongly desired 
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Pay range of $75,000.00-$105,000.00  + bonus+ benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
