Director of Fabrication-High Complexity is responsible for leading and building the fabrication teams at sites which have 5 or more product lines. In addition, this position will be responsible for the strategy and production of complex orthotic devices across the network, irrespective of location or site demographic. Director is responsible for the financial performance of operations including the management of labor, materials and overhead. Position includes directing supervisory teams with daily operations to provide high quality class I and II devices to the O&P market and fostering customer relationships. Responsibilities also include a wide range of administration, engineering, regulatory, compliance, recruiting and training requirements
