We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our prosthetic manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN. This role is critical in ensuring smooth production across our machine shop – where raw materials are transformed into precision components through CNC machining, milling, turning, finishing, and hook fabrication – and our assembly department, which produces high-quality prosthetic devices, components, recreational therapy devices, and specialized equipment such as ovens and Trautman machines. This role spans production, quality, and technical operations, with clear accountability for environment, health, safety, on-time delivery, cost of goods sold, and margin. The Operations Manager will identify and manage constraints, implement effective performance measures, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Ability to align operations with organizational goals through clear communication, accountability, and innovation will be key to driving success.
