The HRIS Analyst IV is responsible for guiding Hanger’s implementation and supporting maintenance of Oracle HCM. Duties include both project management and system configuration. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring the Oracle HCM Core HR, can work with and manage multiple project components at once and possesses the skills to communicate and partner in a professional manner. Experience implementing or configuring Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) or Absence Management is a plus.

Your Impact

  • Support implementation and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR module, including Journeys, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Redwood, Wellness, Approvals, Security and Reporting.
  • Serve as the liaison between the HRIS Manager and the Core HR implementation project team. Collaborate with functional users, technical resources, and vendors to deliver best-in-class configuration and processes.
  • Ensure proper triage of implementation issues, risks, or blockers. Communicate with the HRIS Manager and assist with escalations to project leadership as needed. Follow through to ensure effective resolution.
  • Partner with the HR team to identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes. Proactively analyze HR processes and make ongoing recommendations to maximize efficiency.
  • Assist with training and knowledge transfer of Oracle HCM concepts, configurations, and processes to the Core HR implementation project team.
  • Partner with change management partners to deliver updated process documentation, job aides, and training content for HR, employees, and managers.
  • Partner with technical teams to support design and maintenance of technical objects (e.g., reports, integrations). Assist with gathering requirements, creation of mapping templates, review/update of lean specifications and testing.
  • Maintain foundational data and configurations within the Oracle HCM application and ensure Configuration Workbook is always updated with the latest configurations.
  • Manage end-to-end testing for quarterly and off-cycle releases, including updating the test plan/playbook, ensuring user stories are accurate, assigning testing to each SME/team and validating all testing is completed successfully.
  • Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot end user and system issues including error messages, login difficulties, data issues, integration and reporting issues, and process failures. Ensure proper triage, escalation, and effective resolution of inquiries.
  • Takes a continuous improvement approach to maintaining and improving data quality in HR systems. Conducts routine audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
  • Effectively prioritizes work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services.
  • Uphold QA procedures for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Human Resources; or commensurate experience
  • Minimum of 10 years experience implementing and/or configuring Oracle HCM Core HR
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel at advanced level along with Word and PowerPoint at Intermediate level.

 

Preferred

  • Experience implementing or configuring Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor or Absence Management
  • Experience with other HRIS applications, such as ADP, SAP, or Workday
