We are seeking a Senior Supervisor, Warehouse, to lead the daily planning and work activities of the Warehouse team and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time within productivity standards. Responsibilities include, but not limited, work orders, inventory control, receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods. This role partners with management to develop and implement solutions for operational improvements, while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and safety. Occasional travel may be required.

Your Impact

  • Assist management with developing, communicating, and meeting departmental goals by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure proper distribution of products to designated locations for stock rotation.
  • Organize daily workflow to meet and exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Create a culture of safety and accountability by identifying risks, managing behaviors, and promoting overall safety awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Actively participate in decision making during daily operational management meetings.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and develop employees to achieve quality, service, and productivity objectives in collaboration with HR and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Address personnel issues in partnership with Human Resources and Supply Chain management to ensure appropriate corrective actions.
  • Promote engagement and teamwork within the warehouse and across departments.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four years of supervisory experience in a distribution center or logistics environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Five years of supervisory experience in a distribution center or logistics environment.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment.
  • Epicor experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Continuous improvement (Lean six sigma, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis)
