This role is responsible for driving ERP initiatives across a multi-site, multi-national environment, ensuring system accuracy, optimizing business processes, and delivering scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and technical lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be located in the South Bend, Indiana region. 

 

Your Impact

  • Champion data integrity and enforce clean data practices across all ERP systems.
  • Provide technical leadership in a multi-site, multi-national Epicor ERP environment.
  • Collaborate with business users, project managers, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyze and improve business processes to enhance ERP functionality and user experience.
  • Design, develop, and manage product configurators within Epicor ERP.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Epicor capabilities and ensure optimal utilization of current and new features.
  • Partner with departments including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align ERP solutions with business needs.
  • Support the development of SOPs and lead change management and user training initiatives.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including process flows, data mappings, and integration architecture.
  • Design, develop, and deploy customizations using C#, .NET, BAQs, BPMs, SSRS Reports, and APIs within Epicor Kinetic.
  • Enhance dashboards and data models to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Architect and implement integrations with third-party platforms such as EDI, Magento, and Salesforce.
  • Utilize Epicor tools including REST API, Service Connect, and Data Management Toolkits for efficient data migration and system interaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP, including Kinetic.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, BAQs, BPMs, and SSRS.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP customization, integration, and technical support.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.​​

  • Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles or technical support.

Pay range of $90,000.00- $115,000.00/year + bonus + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
