We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will report to the Director of Commercial Finance as part of the Hanger Clinic Finance Team.  This team supports payor negotiations, device pricing and revenue reporting.  

 

This position will own the reporting, forecasting and analysis within the business unit.

Your Impact

  • Perform the annual profitability study of devices sold, develop rate increase budget and execute reimbursement rate updates
  • Monthly reporting of rate increases vs. budget, Workers Comp growth, division revenue results and performance of growth devices
  • Weekly tracking of rate negotiations
  • Daily research, costing and pricing for exception invoices for Commercial, Government, Workers Comp and VA patients
  • Ad hoc profitability analyses for Commercial, Workers Comp, Medicaid and Hospital payors to support rate increase negotiations
  • Ad hoc investigation of the root causes of exception invoice requests
  • Support the Director of Commercial Finance with ad hoc analyses of supply chain, manufacturing and inventory data
  • Other related ad hoc duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or similar is required
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience preferably in healthcare environment
  • Advanced-level experience with spreadsheets, including the ability to work with complex tables and look-ups
