 The Financial Counselor Supervisor - RemoteOversees the financial counseling team within the RCM department related to providing financial counseling to patients. In this role you will be responsible for leading remote teams in these functional areas and providing excellent customer service and patient support.

Your Impact

  • Review daily and monthly performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are being met
  • Collaborate with regional and line management to provide seamless interface with patients and external customers
  • Ensure staffing decisions and staff development actions support operational success
  • Work with Directors of Operations and others on process improvement for the RCM consolidated teams
  • Provide strategic and tactical input to future RCM administrative function consolidations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor level degree (preferred) or Associates Degree along with 2 years minimum supervisory experience in Revenue Cycle Management setting.

Pay range of $26.73 - $33.41 + bonus+ commission+ benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
