We are seeking a Staff Financial Analyst - as part of the Finance Team supporting the Supply Chain business unit. Focus in this role will include the support of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting/budgeting cycles for certain Supply Chain departments and accounts. Additional responsibilities include variance analysis and communication with department owners about materials usage and its impact on rate, volume and mix in earnings.

Your Impact

  • Ensure financial calendar milestones are met; address issues early and communicate resolutions clearly
  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports to identify business trends and improvement opportunities
  • Analyze financial and operational data; build models to support decision-making (e.g., profitability by customer/product, price-volume-mix, variance analysis)
  • Support senior management presentations (e.g., MBRs, budgets, strategic plans) as a finance partner
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes
  • Conduct financial “what-if” analysis and prepare concise written summaries
  • Respond to internal stakeholder requests (e.g., Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting) with timely, accurate deliverables
  • Automate and enhance monthly/quarterly reports and analytical processes

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate Excel/database skills (complex tables, lookups)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to drive change

Preferred Qualifications

  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
  • Working knowledge of accounting concepts (e.g., accruals, prepaids, inventory, cost allocations)
  • Experience with financial reporting systems and databases; quick to learn new tools
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt under pressure
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
