The Vice President, Fabrication assumes a key leadership role, spearheading fabrication operations for Hanger. This entails a strategic partnership with business unit leaders to align daily operations with goals and objectives. This role plays a pivotal part in fortifying Hanger's fabrication capabilities, contributing significantly to the company’s growth strategy through the implementation of innovative strategies, quality enhancements, and strategic team development.
Collaboration is paramount for success, and the VP of Fabrication will work closely with business unit leaders, collaborating with key stakeholders and other cross-functional teams as needed. Collectively, their efforts will be focused on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall quality of fabrication across Hanger Fabrication Network. This leader will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced production environment, showcasing a profound understanding of the complexities involved in fabrication practices, particularly within highly customized product realization processes.
The Vice President, Fabrication is a hands-on leader, prepared to actively contribute to shaping Hanger's fabrication strategy. This involves defining strategic approaches, including, process optimization, technology application, make versus buy decisions, strategic partnering, and sourcing.
