The role of the Incentive Compensation Analyst is to be responsible for implementing and maintaining programs, policies and procedures that support incentive compensation inclusive of commissions and Hanger’s bonus programs. Responsibilities include compensation design, maintenance, and administration of bonus and incentive programs. Will function as an internal consultant to identify and resolve various compensation-related issues/questions.
