In our Contract Administration IV position, you will be responsible for managing contract administration operations involving contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products or services. You will utilize your negotiation skills by negotiating specifications with suppliers, partners or customers. Additionally, you will monitor and track supplier performance issues based on agreement t's and c's and recommend appropriate corrective actions to resolve performance issues. As a subject-matter-expert you will have other responsibilites such as reviewing contract documents and materials for bids.
