Could This Be For You?

In our Contract Administration IV position, you will be responsible for managing contract administration operations involving contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products or services. You will utilize your negotiation skills by negotiating specifications with suppliers, partners or customers. Additionally, you will monitor and track supplier performance issues based on agreement t's and c's and recommend appropriate corrective actions to resolve performance issues. As a subject-matter-expert you will have other responsibilites such as reviewing contract documents and materials for bids. 

Your Impact

  • Reviews/creates prime contract documents to develop terms and conditions and issue requests for proposals (RFPs) for services
  • Responsible for preparing, examining and reviewing materials for bids or contracts and makes recommendations to management/direct report
  • Leads and directs others to complete all the work of contracts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and 8 years of experience, OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 12 years of experience.
  • Post graduate degree preferred.
