We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner  - Hybrid Remote (2 days-home/3 days-office) to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team. This individual will support Hanger Clinic by screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and referring highly qualified applicants to hiring managers for specific roles, ensuring an excellent match between candidates and positions. They will be expected to understand and support the recruiting needs of hiring managers, serving as an effective liaison for the Human Resources Department. This role involves performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

Your Impact

  • Recruiting efforts will be focused on administrative and medical support staff positions for the Hanger Clinic division. Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Administer applicant tracking system including creating requisitions, performing post-offer tracking, and developing ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting for the assigned job openings.
  • Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and the position.
  • Prescreen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
  • Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study and a minimum of three (3) year of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions is required OR

  • High School diploma and 5 years of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions.

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS is strongly preferred.
