We are seeking an Accountant, hybrid remote (2 days from home/3 days in office), for our Unapplied Cash team within the Revenue and Cash Accounting group.  The Unapplied Cash team is responsible for reconciliation of unapplied cash within our reconciliation software and identifying opportunities to automate and enhance our processes.

 

The primary focus of this role is to support accurate financial reporting of Unapplied Cash through reconciliation of Cash transactions to Accounts Receivable postings.  The ideal candidate will thrive in a results-oriented environment where collaboration, integrity, and innovation are core values.  We are seeking someone who demonstrates attention to detail, accountability, timeliness, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.

 

This is an hourly, non-exempt position based out of our corporate HQ office in Austin's Domain. In-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week.

Your Impact

The Accountant will:

  • Reconcile bank deposits to accounts receivable postings
  • Assist with aspects of the monthly, quarterly and yearly close process
  • Assist in the fulfillment of external and internal audit requirements
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis of data
  • Assist with resolution of reconciliation issues

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Systems
  • Experience in the medical/healthcare industry
