The Director, Market Programs and Strategy - Remote is a key leadership role responsible for developing and driving market strategies across assigned regions. This role leverages data insights to guide and support Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) in achieving their market goals while overseeing market strategy for multiple Commercial Programs. This position will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, creating actionable strategies, and fostering alignment between operational and strategic priorities.

Your Impact

  • Accountable for Patient Access and Commercial Programs, ensuring that objectives align with organizational goals and effectively improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement data-driven market strategies in collaboration with RVPs and cross-functional teams to optimize regional performance.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to RVPs, translating data insights into actionable recommendations to drive growth and operational efficiency in the target patient populations.
  • Oversee market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends, delivering reports and actionable insights to leadership and regional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align market strategy with broader organizational objectives.
  • Guide Patient Access Program Managers to deliver high-quality, patient-centric services, monitoring their contributions to regional success.
  • Design and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of market strategies and Patient Access initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, fostering relationships and enhancing the company's reputation as a trusted partner in orthotics and prosthetics.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in market strategy, business development, or healthcare operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures. 

 

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with patient access programs, CRM tools, and healthcare market analysis.

  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, including patient access, referral networks, and regional trends.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems, market analysis tools, and data visualization software.

Pay range of $156,000 to $195,000 annual salary + annual bonus: up to 25% of base pay depending on bonus criteria.  This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws.  Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
