Fillauer Composites is searching for a Business Support Administrator to join our team! This full-time role will be on-site in Salt Lake City, UT. The Business Support Administrator will provide both administrative and hands-on support in multiple areas, including but not limited to order processing, inventory, and order fulfillment. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact

  • Enter sales orders, create work production sheets, and receive goods
  • Schedule and track shipments
  • Communicate regularly with managers and team members
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
  • File and maintain records
  • Provide general office assistance (word processing, filing, mailings, etc.)
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned
  • Inventory Control 
  • Picking and pulling assembly orders
  • Shipping and receiving 

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following education and skills:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • One-year experience in supply related field
  • Experience with ERP or production planning
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word and Excel)
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Ability to follow work instructions
  • Attention to quality and detail oriented
  • Capability to work overtime when needed or work flexible hours
  • Self-motivation and inclination to take ownership of job duties
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures

Additional Requirements:

  • Work in manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and dust
  • Must pass a background check, a drug screen, and be able to show proof of US citizenship
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
