The Inside Sales Support Representative is responsible for selling the company's products via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts. As Hanger's inside sales support representative, you will have the opportunity to use your exceptional closing and communication skills by closing sales on products, generating prospective customers through cold calling, and following up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. Being a subject - matter expert, you will keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested. Having thorough knowledge of the company products, systems and services, you will be able to direct customers to our website or other company resources for information while representing the company to the customers and the customers to the company in all sales- oriented activities. Supporting collaboration with the field sales organization, this role is an overlay to the field sales force, which supports the initiatives of the field sales organization and carries an individual or team quota that is shared with the field. Minimal business travel or work outside office isrequired.
