The Learning and Development Partner - Remote will support organizational growth and effectiveness by building Hanger employees’ knowledge and skills through the deployment of various learning solutions. This role will empower measurable results aligned with Hanger’s purpose, vision, and values. The Learning and Development Partner will create a learning environment that encourages learning and growth with engaging and practical facilitation techniques which include real world activities, demonstrations, easy-to-follow job aids, and live follow-up with learners.

 

Your Impact

  • Facilitate our training programs and support learners (in-person and remotely) using various tools and methods, such as large group sessions, small group sessions, and one-on-one training.
  • Provide our Hanger team members with an exceptional on-boarding experience by supporting their learning about Hanger workflow, NextGen, and about other important aspects of working at and navigating Hanger
  • Collaborate with various Project Managers, SMEs, business leaders, and other L&D Team members, ensuring timely and seamless delivery of learning content and events
  • When a skill or knowledge gap is detected, partner with the business leader and other L&D team members to determine a course of action
  • Measure a variety of outcomes by administering and analyzing valid assessments
  • Listen to and summarize feedback from learning events, providing insight for consistently improved efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Complete administrative functions in the Learning Management System such as marking course completions, troubleshooting access as needed, simple reporting, etc.
  • Collaborate with, and share your expertise and ideas with the broader team as we continuously improve
  • Demonstrate the business value of our solutions, and adjust learning content and/or delivery as needed as approved by the L&D Sr. Supervisor or Manager
  • May require up to 35% of domestic travel

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 
  • 2 year of related experience, or certification from a nationally recognized group (such as ATD or SHRM) in facilitation practices or adult learning theory strongly preferred
  • Experience with NextGen and LMS systems preferred

Pay range of $51,267.20 to $72,000 + 8% annual bonus.  This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws.  Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
