The Provider Contracts Analyst II (Remote) is responsible for maintaining payer and reimbursement data in the Hanger Next Gen system, supporting Contract Managers and National Account Managers in loading new payer/pricing data, supporting the M&A team in loading newly acquired locations/contracts to Next Gen and maintaining master fee schedules for contracting and coordination with Clinical Services as necessary.

Your Impact

  • Work with Clinical Services for all code maintenance
  • Maintain master fee schedule for contracting
  • Maintain and update Next Gen with updated rates based on annual Medicare updates
  • Maintain and update Next Gen with updated rates based on U&C as necessary
  • Work with Contract Manager and National Account Managers on maintaining/updating all fee schedule and contracts in Next Gen
  • Work with Administrative Manager on updates to WC/Medicaid fee schedule
  • Maintain/update all service items in Next Gen
  • Auditing all SIM library configurations in Next Gen prior to roll-out date by location
  • Assist with the creation and analyst of fee schedule for contract manager and National Account Managers
  • Assist IT in testing new versions/applications
  • Work with IT with enhancements for Next GenMaintain contracted payer records in Next Gen
  • Research and create non-contracted payers as required Next Gen
  • Maintain pricing regions linking payers/reimbursements to contracted locations
  • Maintain locations connected to non-contracted payers
  • Research and load new locations to pricing regions and acquisition contracts in Next Gen
  • Inactivate and remove payers/contracts when new contracts supersede
  • Prepare contract reports as needed
  • Organize nightly approval process
  • Prepare reports on contracts, pay sources and contract approvals
  • Maintain Veterans Administration contracts in SalesForce
  • Maintain web portal logins for local Hanger offices for contracted payers as required
  • Test, load and develop support for Fee Factory
  • Load contracts to Fee Factory
  • Assist Contract Managers with validating contract data in Salesforce.com
  • Maintain Veterans Administration contracts in SalesForce
  • Work on special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience

Preferred

  • Billing and coding experience or training
  • Provider servicing and/or contracting experience in a managed care environment

Pay range of $48,900 to $73,300 + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria.  This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws.  Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables
