The Staff Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury Manager as part of the Treasury Team, and the position will “own” the direct cash forecast, debt and banking activities. 

The hired individual will enjoy an exciting opportunity to join the industry leading $1.4 billion revenue healthcare company that delivers advanced Orthotic and Prosthetic solutions to the inspiring patients we serve based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Austin's Domain. 

Your Impact

Responsibilities will include:

  • Compiles 13 week daily and quarterly direct cash forecasts.
  • Prepare and maintain the Company’s debt amortization forecast.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly SOFR notices.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly key indebtedness schedules.
  • Coordinates the movement of cash to and from accounts.
  • Coordinates company activities relating to banking (e.g. initiating ACH and Wires, opening/closing accounts, bank signatory review, corporate deposit etc.).
  • Perform due diligence for acquisitions
  • Evaluates bank services and fees, monitors bank performance and recommends appropriate action.
  • Manage users entitlements/roles in our banking online platform.
  • Manage and distribute month-end treasury deliverables (e.g. credit card master list, account balances, deposit reports).
  • Coordinate and distribute credit card terminals and check scanners.
  • Develops ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Perform other job duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

To be formally considered for the role, the following requirements must be met: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in Treasury, Finance or Accounting.
  • Intermediate-level experience with spreadsheet and database software, including the ability to work with complex tables and look-ups
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possess sound judgement with the ability to learn quickly
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Intellectually curious with a willingness and desire to be an agent of change
  • Ability to be detailed oriented and possess exceptional organization skills and will be able to meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Be action, results and process oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to quickly develop working relationships across teams and to communicate both up and down the Corporate hierarchy
