This position provides guidance, correctly applies knowledge of engineering principles, material properties, and effectively uses internal and external resources to identify solutions in relevant aspects of production, development, procurement, and distribution of products. Engineer II will take part in both conventional and complex projects and will be tasked with management of individual projects. The ideal candidate will use sound judgement and outside resources to adapt to non-routine aspects of a problem.

Your Impact

  • Sustains manufacturing-engineering functions to maintain a high standard of product quality and process efficiency
  • Develops technical data regarding materials, sizes, qualities, dimensions, quantities, and cost to be incorporated into formal specifications
  • Use mechanical reasoning to quickly figure out mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Provides guidance, development and coordination for the planning, engineering design, and oversight of projects
  • Implements tools or systems for managing infrastructure or projects
  • Ensures technical aspects of work are performed in accordance with applicable regulations or project plans
  • Provides advice on project planning and design process
  • Resolve manufacturing issues that affect product quality and productivity
  • Perform validations of new and existing designs and processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
  • 2+ Years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering
