    The IT Procurement and Asset Manager is responsible for leading a dynamic team and managing the success of the Company’s IT Department purchasing, asset, and financial management goals.  This position will be accountable for the daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology related hardware within the organization.  The IT Procurement and Asset Manager will also develop or improve procedures for tracking company assets throughout their lifecycles.

    Your Impact

    • Oversee, mentor, and direct ITPAM team members.
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiations, securing the best possible price and service guarantee.
    • Provide operational support and oversight for contract negotiations, amendments, and new contracts models.
    • Identify and optimize procurement and asset tracking by leveraging automation with technology.
    • Work with internal stakeholders on financial initiatives and planning, discussion, and communication.
    • Compile and analyze internal KPIs, contracts, and operational metrics to make decisions.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure assets, contracts, and purchasing processes are in compliance and reported appropriately.
    • Support team workload during high service volume or project delivery.
    • Collaborate cross functionally to investigate and/or provide solutions for escalations or service issues.
    • Deliver premier customer service and maintain customer service excellence for the team.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Technology related field, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
    • 10 years of experience in of Procurement and/or Asset Management, preferably in the IT space.
    • 5 years of direct management experience, preferably in Procurement, Asset Management or IT.

    Additional Success Factors

    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, lead teams and solve problems in a very fast-paced environment.
    • Proven experience with strategy development and implementation to automate management of software, hardware, or contracts and purchasing.
    • Strong ServiceNow and/or CMDB experience preferred.
    • Must be able to remain composed under pressure and maintain collaborative relationships.
    • High attention to detail and understanding around the Software/Hardware Asset management lifecycle.
    • Experience managing vendors and contracts.     
    • Certification in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management and/or ITIL preferred.
    • May need to lift up to 25 pounds one to two times a day to perform job.
