As the Director - Organizational Development and Training, you will have tremendous impact as you assess, design, implement and manage successful leadership assessment & development systems, talent planning, succession management, organizational development programs and processes and initiatives driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement/performance. You will be instrumental in accelerating organizational alignment, change, and development in support of Hanger’s strategy, purpose, vision and values. You will lead a team of field trainers and organizational professionals while serving as a trusted resource and business partner whose work is integrally tied to leadership and the strategic and cultural objectives of the organization. Reporting to the CHRO, we will depend on you to establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. You will have the opportunity to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company and best practices. You will actively participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
