    We are elated to announce that we are currently searching for a Procurement Systems Manager. As our procurement systems manager, you will be responsible for improving the procurement experience for Hanger Clinics through the Procure to Pay process and managing the user experience within the Hanger procurement ecosystem.

    Your Impact

    • Own the entire purchasing ecosystem and leverage knowledge of current systems to support future Clinic inventory management
    • Own the full lifecycle of the Procure to Pay program for Hanger Clinic
    • Define strategic plans and objectives for purchasing ecosystem that support and enhance the overall Hanger ordering experience
    • Develop strategic purchasing portal layout and manage content to ensure access and functionality for Hanger Clinics
    • Partner with IT to automate processes, perform user testing on all configuration and upgrades, and achieve all system objectives to ensure portal functionality
    • Develop and maintain documentation, process, and training materials
    • Engage, support, coach and motivate staff to ensure highest level of service to all business operations

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three  years experience managing interface between internal and external customers  "Or" High School Diploma or equivalent  with a minimum of seven years of experience. 

     

    Preferred

    • Orthotic and Prosthetic experience
    • Purchasing portal experience, preferably Coupa
    • Business level knowledge of channels and alliances in the O&P industry
