    ACP Clinical Program Consultants are responsible for training and supporting therapy professionals who treat swallowing disorders. This includes:

    • Adjunctive Surface EMG
    • Virtual reality exercise
    • Oropharyngeal dysphagia treatments
    • Neuromuscular electrical stimulation
    • Documentation
    • Therapy Outcomes

    The Territory for this position will include CT, RI, MA.

    Your Impact

    • Serves as a direct representative to client facilities and medical community
    • Establishes and maintains excellent clinical and customer service
    • Provides clinical education and training to client facilities
    • Promotes superior clinical outcomes to achieve highly satisfied customers
    • Strategizes and problem solves with client personnel to minimize facility cancellations
    • Regularly communicates and interacts with the management team regarding customer issues and relations, growth opportunities
    • Maintains positive, professional relationships and communication with co-workers and management
    • Performs duties of Preventative Maintenance Program; including testing equipment to verify that the unit is operating correctly and within calibration

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Master degree in speech langage pathology is required
    • 5+ Years of clinical practice with an emphasis in dysphagia therapy
    • Speech Language Pathology License (strongly preferred)

    Additional Success Factors

    • Long-Term Care or Geriatric Rehab Experience is preferred
    • Training/professional presentation experience and clinical management/ leadership history
    • Requires Extensive Travel
    • Independent, self-motivated, success-driven, highly organized
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Knowledge of physical therapy equipment manufacturers and in the development of sales/marketing tools and materials.
    • Experience in Long Term Care or Geriatric Rehab.

    • Computer, Microsoft Office (including power point presentations and certain financial analysis) and Internet literacy.
