    Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) is responsible for overall program management with an emphasis on therapist training related to "physical agent modality" applications for aging adults. The Territory for this position will include the following areas:

    Syracuse, NY, Rochester, NY, Buffalo, NY

    • Serves as a direct representative to client facilities and medical community
    • Establishes and maintains excellent clinical and customer service
    • Provides clinical education and training to client facilities
    • Promotes superior clinical outcomes to achieve highly satisfied customers
    • Strategizes and problem solves with client personnel to minimize facility cancellations
    • Regularly communicates and interacts with the management team regarding customer issues and relations, growth opportunities
    • Maintains positive, professional relationships and communication with co-workers and management
    • Performs duties of Preventative Maintenance Program; including testing equipment to verify that the unit is operating correctly and within calibration

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Three (3) or more year of related experience

    • Current licensure in physical therapy or occupational therapy

    • Long-Term Care or Geriatric Rehab Experience (preferred)​

    • Able to travel throughout region as needed including overnight stays and adjust work hours accordingly
    • A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures, and reliable transportation.
