    In this role, the Marketing Communications Specialist will be instrumental in the development and management of marketing initiatives including trade shows, sales support, internal/external communications, and social media.

    Your Impact

    • Trade-show planning
    • Supporting sales team
    • Assisting with planning, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives for internal and external clients
    • Assisting with creation, management, and optimization of organic and paid social media campaigns
    • Developing and editing content as needed for blog, website, email, etc.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area and up to 1 year of marketing experience "OR", High School Diploma with five years of related experience.

    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • Experience building social media campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
    • Aptitude for learning
    • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and stay organized
    • Willingness to stay up to date with marketing and social media trends
    • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Open to travel 1-2x per year
    • Some knowledge of Google Analytics
    • Experience working in a CRM such as Salesforce
    • Experience working in a marketing automation tool such as HubSpot or Marketo
    • Familiarity with design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
