As our Regional Network Manager - Managed Care, your experience as a seasoned negotiator will be leveraged as you lead the regional strategy to support revenue growth while expanding Hanger's current contracted base. You will provide day-to-day operational support to our network payor community within your assigned territory. You will coordinate account support with internal Hanger departments to include clinical, operations, finance, sales and managed markets to ensure our payors and health plans receive exceptional customer care.
In this high impact role, you will deliver value to the enterprise by:
Bachelor degree in health-care administration, business, or related field is required.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in payor contract negotiations and/or contract administration role within the healthcare space.
A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
Ability to work well both independently and as a dedicated team member exhibiting deep, sound knowledge of the managed care and the health-care industry
