Hanger Inc., the word's premier provider of orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) services and products is searching for a Regional Account Manager - Managed Market. As our Regional Account Manager - Managed Market, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to network participants in assigned territory, as well as leading the regional strategy to support revenue growth and expand Hanger’s current contracted base. Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills, you will also ensures high level customer service for the assigned network participants and coordinates support with internal Hanger departments including clinical, operations, finance, sales and managed markets.
BS degree in health-care administration, business, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in health-care sales and/or contract administration role
Ability to work well both independently and a dedicated team member
Exhibit sound knowledge of the health-care industry
Demonstrated effective organizational and communication skills
Leadership, self-motivation and initiative
Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making capability
Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information
Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships
