    Hanger Inc., the word's premier provider of orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) services and products is searching for a Regional Account Manager - Managed Market. As our Regional Account Manager - Managed Market, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to network participants in assigned territory, as well as leading the regional strategy to support revenue growth and expand Hanger’s current contracted base. Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills, you will also ensures high level customer service for the assigned network participants and coordinates support with internal Hanger departments including clinical, operations, finance, sales and managed markets. 

    Your Impact

    • Oversee contract management process to insure appropriate action is taken in order to enhance revenue retention and growth
    • Develop, submit and track RFP, RFI and LOA proposals for account opportunities
    • Negotiate and modify contract term language as warranted
    • Consult with internal and external customers cultivating a collaborative relationship
    • Develop mechanism to identify and address systemic contract issues
    • Serve as subject matter expert and support internal departments
    • Support network strategy to meet payer and network needs/requirements
    • Manage/Recruit and support network providers throughout the orientation process, monitoring, educating, assess needs and outreaching to insure compliance with all procedures and initiatives
    • Oversee and coordinate Hanger response to escalated issues in assigned region
    • Some travel as needed

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BS degree in health-care administration, business, or related field

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in health-care sales and/or contract administration role

    • A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
