    Hanger, Inc. has an opening for an IT Asset and Procurement Analyst. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the Company’s IT Department purchasing, asset, and financial management goals. This position is accountable for the organization’s IT hardware and software purchasing as well as assisting with the management of IT assets, software, and contracts. The principal function of this position is to provide a quality customer service experience for purchasing, tracking, and maintenance of the overall IT asset, vendor and budget responsibilities.

    Your Impact

    • Provides an excellent customer service experience when interfacing with our internal and external customers
    • Handles the full life-cycle of IT purchases from quote to delivery
    • Review, upload, and process incoming IT invoices for approval and payment
    • Improve, document, and streamline IT purchasing processes
    • Responsible for reducing purchasing costs
    • Processor and document owner of all purchasing-based forms
    • Obtains competitive bids to ensure costs remain under control and to keep our vendors competitive (payment terms, shipping costs, contract length, renewal costs, maintenance costs, etc.)
    • Creates and provides shipping labels for internal support team shipments to ensure asset control
    • Assists with tracking physical audits, performing a yearly asset audit, and ensuring the secure destruction of retired assets
    • Helps maintain an accurate inventory of licenses & ensures maintenance & support renewals/contracts are accurate for the business' need

    Minimum Qualifications

    College degree and a minimum of 2 years of related purchasing, asset management or financial experience –OR- high school diploma with 6 years of experience in purchasing or asset management.

     

    Preferred

    • Experience in IT procurement or a subset of IT procurement
    • Work experience in a company faced with HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
