    Could This Be For You?

    Hanger is currently searching for an eCommerce Content Specialist in our Alpharetta, GA location.  As our eCommerce Content Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding both back-end and front-end organization of data. You will also maintain product information, to include pricing, discontinuation, configurations, new adds, HCPCS codes, images, categories,impact tables, sizing charts and description updates.  As a subject- matter expert, you will provide technical support to customers and employees within the company. 

    Your Impact

    • Online chatting with customers on the site
    • Maintain user accounts on online store
    • Improve online site search
    • Prepare excel spreadsheets to upload and update products
    • Test upgrades and enhancements to the online store site
    • Activate new online accounts
    • Maintain current List Pricing of all products
    • Categorize all new items within the product hierarchy
    • Upload product images and videos to the online site
    • Review product feedback prior to posting online

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Minimum of 2 years customer service or industry experience with extensive product knowledge


    Additional Success Factors

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Open Office, file formats, HTML and Web functions
    • Working knowledge of Magento Software or other web driven ecommerce software
