    Could This Be For You?

    As our Clinical Market Consultant III you will be responsible for preparing marketing strategies and programs for various key products and services to include, but not limited to O&P vendor business management and new product introduction to support sales to O&P clinics. You will also evaluate product/ service performance to help develop and update company goals and objectives.  As a subject - matter expert, you will advise management on any relevant product concerns. Utilizing your extensive experience and judgment, you will recommend changes to current product development procedures based on analysis of market research and new trends.

    Your Impact

    • Integrate and coordinate joint sales and training efforts with other O&P vendors
    • Develop analyses for O&P client clinics sales efforts identifying products and services that are under-leveraged
    • Develop marketing strategies to increase sales, paying specific attention to key sales objectives assigned by management ( for example -  shoe sales)
    • Provide training for clients with respect to products and related services. 
    • Monitor and assess performance of all programs
    • Other projects as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • A baccalaureate degree or masters in orthotics and prosthetics (or its foreign equivalent) OR a baccalaureate degree (or its foreign equivalent) and post graduate certificate in orthotics and/or prosthetics from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
    • Current board certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics from the American Board for Certification (ABC) or the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC).
    • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

    • Use of personal computer, MS Office applications, and general office equipment
    • Proficient analytical, interpersonal, communication, organizational and numerical skills essential
    • Well versed in powerpoint
    • Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
    • Knowledge of medical community
    • Knowledge of prosthetic and orthotic products
    • Knowledge of facility contracting
    • Ability to operate independently in a self-directed manner
    • Ability to sell
    • Ability to maintain customer relations
    • Ability to communicate persuasively both orally and in writing
    • Presentation and educational skills
    • Must be able to  travel frequently
