We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Cloud Engineer IV - Remote (prefer candidates from Texas.) This position serves as the senior technical resource defining, designing, and leading technology solution implementation across the Hanger Enterprise. Using defined architectures as well as architectural building blocks the candidate will design technical solutions that are fit for purpose and fit for use, while exceeding all Cybersecurity, administrative, compliance, and operational requirements. The candidate will serve as a lead technical resource supporting business partners, technology requestors, 3rd parties and Sr. staff. Candidate will lead contract development activities such as quoting, statement of work, software licensing, and others as assigned. This role will develop executive level reporting services that drive clarity, outcomes, and strategic development activities. Customer service is paramount to success, as such the candidate must have a passion for customer service. This IT Systems Cloud Engineer IV will report to the IT Manager, Cloud Operations. Success in this role will depend on the ability to: drive technology integration into our chosen cloud provider, design and implement IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions that exceed on-premise service requirements, facilitate the re-engineering of technology capabilities and operations to improve quality, efficiency, security, and reliability, work as both a team member and a team mentor in all aspects of technology and service implementation.
Provide technical support for internal and external customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving reported issues. Include other aspects of product/device field support; such as, software updates, placing orders, asset management, and shipment tracking.
Review patient information to ensure insurance coverage is active and contact health insurance companies to verify eligibility and benefits from within an organization that provides healthcare patient services. Work with third-party payers to obtain pre-certification/pre-determination/pre-authorization prior to delivery of scheduled devices and services. Document and maintain accurate registration and benefits information for patients complete and communicate current status of authorizations, claims, and appeals.

The O & P Fabrication Specialist helps to build and customize medical products for our patients, (orthotics and prosthetics), to provide maximum fit, function, cosmetics and workmanship. The Fabrication Specialist is expected to keep abreast of all new fabricating techniques and must be familiar with the properties of pertinent materials and must be skilled in the use of appropriate equipment. Individuals enter the field of O&P from a wide variety of educational and occupational backgrounds. Most enjoy working with their hands and using power tools found in many shops or manufacturing environments. They are resourceful, problem solvers with a gift for helping others. Many transition into this unique career field from manufacturing, the automotive industry, engineering, military service, the arts, and other service industries. The QA/QC Technician has the responsibilities that will play a vital role in ensuring continued compliance with quality standards and regulations governing the medical device industry. This includes, but is not limited to, 21 CFR 820, Medical Device Directive, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NextGen Integration Support Specialist to join our team and lead remote integration support for recently acquired clinics transitioning to NextGen. This role is essential in planning and facilitating a smooth transition to NextGen. As a NextGen Integration Support Specialist at Hanger, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recently acquired employees as they transition to NextGen from their existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and expertise to ensure a smooth and successful integration process post-training conducted by the Learning and Development (L&D) Team. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Integration and L&D teams to continuously enhance and refine the training process for newly acquired employees.

One of the primary functions of this role is to process “Write In” requests for Hanger Direct vendors which entails collaboration with suppliers and clinics. Additionally, you will support efforts to analyze and optimize suppliers and products through the different systems and partnerships. The role contributes to efficiencies, enhancements, audit compliance, and interdepartmental communication and support. Collaboration with-in cross functional teams is essential to the position.
