    The Facilities Services Analyst will leverage his/her background in commercial property management, including conflict resolution and trouble-shooting with regard to issues involving field personnel, landlords and commercial leases and trouble-shooting physical plant issues across Hanger’s 800+ leased locations. The primary objective of the position is to maximize and protect the value of Hanger, Inc.’s real estate assets. The Facilities Services Analyst acts as a liaison between Hanger’s core business units, landlords, contractors, and other third-parties on all matters related to facilities management and repair and maintenance issues.

    Your Impact

    • Field daily requests from various Hanger business units, including corporate office personnel, and review lease contracts to determine repair and maintenance obligations against facility needs in a timely manner.
    • Oversee portfolio-wide maintenance and repair work order system to log, monitor, and resolve field issues; train employees to use the system and respond to work order requests in a timely manner. 
    • Manage corporate relationship with landlord with respect to janitorial service and landlord’s responsibility to maintain/repair base building deficits.
    • Facilitate resolution of landlord/tenant repair and maintenance disputes portfolio-wide.
    • Act as first responder when facility emergencies arise and respond to requests via telephone and email as promptly as possible.
    • Collaborate with the leasing team in the preparation of notice and demand letters to landlords as needed.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Hanger business units and facility-related vendors.
    • Coordinate the timely completion of work and process payment to repair vendors as needed.
    • Coordinate vendor relationships, including daily contact and follow-up to promptly resolve issues.
    • Review repair recommendations and pricing from qualified service technicians.
    • Communicate with Hanger Risk Management personnel on matters as related to insurance loss claims and major repair issues.

     

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or G.E.D with a minimum of  5 years of related experience
    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred

    • Proficient with MS Office programs, including MS Word, SharePoint and Excel.
