Hanger, Inc., is preparing to emerge from a financial restatement period with a strong controls environment and an efficient accounting and financial operation. We are seeking a Staff Accountant with strong accounting skills and experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment to join our Revenue Accounting team. The Revenue Accounting team is responsible for general ledger entries, Revenue and Refund reconciliation, Payor and Date of Service testing, Receivable analysis, Revenue and Receivable reporting, improvements in operating procedures, and assist in other areas like receivable, revenue, etc.
We are seeking someone who demonstrates knowledge and experience in accounting, uses independence and judgement to recognize and resolve problems. An ideal candidate will be able to apply their strong excel skills and analytical thinking to improve the company’s procedures and process flows. This candidate should be very detail oriented, posses excellent organizational skills, and be able to demonstrate full ownership of their work.
