    Could This Be For You?

    To assist the Hanger Clinic, Director of Operations in providing leadership to the field organization.  The Operations team develops and implements business plans that drive efficiencies and growth in the field, including labor management, optimization of physical locations and workflow. Responsible for all elements of operations, with specific focus on business development, operations and financial analysis, planning and budgeting, management reporting and controls, and the implementation of company programs, policies and procedures.

     

    Your Impact

    • Prepare, distribute and analyze operational reports as necessary. Analyze and project revenue for region and zone in partnership with region and zone leadership.
    • Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for decision making by the field to drive labor efficiencies, sales growth and optimal overhead costs
    • Monitor capital expenditures for Zone
    • Collaborate with finance partners to coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
    • Communicate regularly with field management regarding business performance and operational issues. Provide key operational information to field management and respond in a timely manner to requests.
    • In collaboration with Real Estate and Finance, evaluate physical sites for purpose of choosing to renew leases, propose start-up locations, relocations, expansions, consolidations or closures to enhance market performance
    • Develop and assist in the implementation of Zone and Region business plans focused on sales, clinical programs, startups and acquisitions.
    • Assist Hanger Clinic, Director of Operations, Zone Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, Area Clinic Managers, Business Development staff and others in establishing and maintaining relationships with key referral sources, payers and employers in the Region.
    • Assist field management in the identification and development of startups. Support development of the startup package, outline startup budget and take actions to ensure performance meets expectations.
    • Support and assist in implementation of RCM policies and procedures to maximize cash collections
    • Manage development of annual labor budget. Assist field management in budget development and analysis and serve as link between operations and finance organizations.
    • Mentor field management to ensure adequate human resource development. Provide regular feedback and support Zone and Region efforts to foster the professional growth and development of all employees.
    • Act as chief liaison between key constituents and the Hanger Resource Center (HRC)
    • Provide support to Zone and Region personnel to ensure compliance with SOX policies & procedures, including requirements for field audits.
    • Assist Zone Vice President and Region Vice Presidents in analysis of potential acquisitions. Take lead in organizing pre-acquisition activities by all support departments for multi-Region acquisitions within the Zone.  Assist with post-acquisition integration activities.
    • Assist Hanger Clinic, Director of Operations with ensuring the Zone is in compliance with all internal and external regulations, policies and procedures.
    • Develop and monitor a customer service mentality throughout the organization.

    Minimum Qualifications

    The Ideal Candidate for this position should reside in the Western Part of the US

    • A. /B.S. in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration or another related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA preferred
    • Minimum 8 - 10 years’ operational experience in a multi-site business required
    • Minimum 5 years field or multi-site management experience required
