    Could This Be For You?

    As the Specialty Clinical Recruiter, you will lead Hanger's talent acquisition process for a major business territory to recruit Orthotics and Prosthetics clinicians delivering exceptional care to the patients we serve. You will actively partner with field leadership to understand their clincial talent needs to effectively source candidates who bring value to the organization and the patients being served. You will use your unique understanding of the Orthotics and Prosthetics industry to design recruitment strategies aimed at generating interest and securing top clinical talent to meet the organization's needs. You will be valued for managing the hiring process from developing the position, marketing, sourcing, screening, presenting candidates for consideration, and assisting offer negotiation efforts.

    Your Impact

    You will have immediate impact by:

    • Consulting with clinic and territory management to identify clinical staffing needs and workforce planning strategies to ensure that recruitment plans meet the existing and future talent demands.
    • Generating interest among O&P industry talent for clinical positions within Hanger.
    • Leveraging various resources (personal networking, professional industry contacts, university channels, internet, applicant tracking system (iCIMS), CRM (SalesForce), etc.) to source qualified candidates.
    • Assessing candidate suitability through resume reviews, telephone screens, interviews, assessment tools, etc. as assigned.
    • Assisting with the research and development of new sourcing methods and strategies.
    • Attending industry functions to network and build relationships for future opportunities.
    • Coordinating and facilitating recruitment functions to include job and career fairs as required.
    • Keeping managers informed of hiring trends and recruitment results through reporting and rounding.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BS in O&P, Physical Therapy, Nursing or related healthcare field is required.

    • A minimum of 4 years of related experience to include prosthetics and orthotics patient care, sales within the orthotics and prosthetics industry, or service with one of the O&P association/professional/industry groups is required.

    • Deep knowledge of the Orthotics and Prosthetics clinical practice environment.
    • Substantial understanding of the clinical role (CP, CO, CPO)
    • ABC Orthotist and/or Prosthetist Certification is strongly preferred.
